Delivery Charges

All products sold from this site and sent by Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery. This basically means if you order before 15:30 your purchase should arrive the following day. If we are unable to fulfil your order within this time a member of staff will contact you and provide an expected delivery date. Please note that all products are shipped fully insured against loss, theft and damage.

Liability

All deliveries are shipped fully insured and in the unlikely event that your purchase goes missing or is damaged in the post, please contact us within 28 days to arrange for a full refund or replacement.

All orders over £50.00 are sent FREE OF CHARGE, orders below £50.00 are subject to a £6.50 delivery surcharge.

You have the right to return your purchase with 7 days of the original purchase. Open software or goods is non refundable unless the item is faulty or not fit for purpose. A refund for the goods will be made by the same payment method and to the same card that was used to make the purchase. All refunds will be undertaken within 30 days of return. Refunds cannot be made for postal charges incurred by you in returning the goods to us. A Return Authorisation number must be obtained prior to sending the unit back.

If you suspect that your product has become faulty outside your first 7 days of purchase, but still within the manufacturers warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly.
